Race Reports
A semi detailed report from practice to the checkered flag. Talk briefly about weather, track condition and the rest should set the stage and give the rider a feeling as if they were right there with you. It is recommended that they be timely. Should be emailed/mailed to your sponsors the Monday after your race and also be updated on your website to keep your loyal fans up to date on your season. Anyone can generate a Race report, but this should be in YOUR style of writing and your words.
When you talk with your sponsors ask them what they would prefer mail or email on the report. This will do two things; let them know that you don't want to clutter their "inbox" without authorization and to expect a race report.
